Lems Features Key:

  • Simple to play
    • At its core, Lems is a two-player dexterity game that’s all about skill and strategy. It uses dice but does so to create tension and excitement as players race to remove more tiles than their opponent.
  • Multiple strategies
    • Lems comes complete with general instructions, but hints are provided for each series of game play so players of all skill levels can learn and master this strategy board game quickly. The rules end after a single run though.
  • Toy-like action
    • The dominoes tiles are 100% safe. They’re wooden, with puzzle pieces painted on them, so you can send them through the wash and mow them down with your lawnmower like any ordinary plastic combiable dominoes.
  • Original and fun
    • Lems takes its real name from the Japanese colloquial phrase ‘Lenemu Sumisujo’ translated as “Throw and divide”. During an average game players use their fingers to remove tiles to remove reds tiles to remove a blue tile, and aim for five in a row to win.

    The Warring States Period in Japan was divided into six feudal states. The fighting between these states was fierce and bloody, with battlefield tactics, espionage, and other deceptions commonplace. However, the main protagonist of this story, Touya Kagari, is a man who followed the oath of one of the most powerful states that was once the fourth of the six. On the eve of the engagement where he swore to protect his lord and country, a massive explosion destroyed the battlefield and rocked the lands.
