Converting between Photoshop and other image formats, such as BMP (Bitmap), GIF (Graphics Interchange Format), and JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group).

Producing and editing.GIMP files.

Resizing images.

Producing and editing CMYK color images.

Performing color correction and color balancing.

Scaling and rotating images.

Photoshop Elements includes a basic image editor with a simple interface and a library of image effects. But it also has a lot of basic photo editing features like layers, brush strokes, filters and blends. It has a very simple way to work with color, including the use of hexadecimal color codes.

It is possible for regular users to use Elements as a stand-alone photo editing program, but it is designed to work more easily with Photoshop. If you use Photoshop Elements for everything, you will be much more productive using a unique and optimized workspace that is specialized for photo work.

China’s pension system needs to be reformed to allow for „disappearing elderly“, and ensure pensioners can live well by their retirement age, a senior Chinese official has said.

Sun Yougui said the pension system needed a „structural adjustment“, and it had to ensure the survival of pensioners.

„The pension funds cannot cope with the change of demand of the elderly, and they are ‚burning‘ as they exist, so this is the dilemma we are facing today.“

The „tipping point“, as Sun called it, would be when China’s major pension funds reach the $3 trillion mark, and there are big changes to be made to the pension system.

Sun also mentioned that this was „not just one month or two years of changing the pension system“, but „we are facing 30 years“.

So far, the government has not given any details or timetable for the reform of the pension system, which has been used as a political tool for the past five years.

While critics say it is an issue which needs urgent attention, the plan is a complicated one.

These estimates are not based on concrete data, and vary considerably.

Colors

There is an entire palette at Photoshop that can be used for just about any color technique. You can manipulate colors with the Hue/Saturation tools, create pure colors with the Eyedropper tool, and even use the Brush tool to paint with color.

Creating new colors
To create a new color, press the Combination tools (the Gb option at the bottom of the tool box). This will open a new palette that contains all the colors in a variety of blend modes. From here, you can click a color to pick a spot on the color wheel. The cool thing about the color wheel is that you can select colors in both RGB and HSL modes. If you hover over a color, you can get information about that specific color.

Editing colors

Coloring in either RGB or HSL mode can be difficult. Even if you know which color you want to use, the choices you get from the color wheel and color sampler are different, so it may take trial and error to find the right one.

However, there are a few ways to make it easier. The Eyedropper tool can be used to find a color. You can also use the Eyedropper to sample colors from an object. Once you click, you will notice that the Brush and Pen tools will open. Brush and Pen tools can be used to recolor any portion of your image.

Creating a palette

Some times it is easier to work with just a few colors than to look through the entire palette to find the right one. In those times, you can create your own palette.

Select a photo with the Brush tool and fill it with a color you don’t want. Then pick up the Colors palette and press the U key. Now you can add different colors to your palette by clicking the color wheel and choosing colors with the Color Selector. These palette colors are stored in your hard drive, so you can use them later.
